How can I track my order?
Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, we text you the courier tracking number. You can also track any order on our Track Order page with your order number and phone.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery anywhere in Bangladesh, bKash, and Bangla QR (works with any bank or MFS app that supports it). Choose your option at checkout.
Do you offer international shipping?
Not at the moment. We only ship within Bangladesh.
Why do I get a code by SMS when ordering?
For cash on delivery orders we confirm the phone number with a one-time code. It stops fake orders and makes sure the courier can reach you.
