Where We Deliver

We deliver to all 64 districts of Bangladesh through trusted courier partners. We don't ship internationally.

Delivery Charges

The delivery charge depends on whether you are inside or outside Dhaka city. You'll see the exact charge at checkout before you place your order.

How Long It Takes

We confirm every order by phone or SMS first. After confirmation, orders inside Dhaka usually arrive in 1–2 working days and orders outside Dhaka in 2–5 working days. Courier delays can happen during holidays and bad weather.

Tracking

Once your parcel is with the courier we text you the tracking number. You can also check status any time on the Track Order page.

At the Door

• Check the parcel is sealed and undamaged before paying the courier.
• If the box is damaged, you can refuse it and call us right away.
• For cash on delivery, please keep the exact amount ready.
