What's Covered

Products that carry a brand or seller warranty show the warranty period on their product page. Warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.

What Isn't Covered

• Physical damage, liquid damage or burn marks.
• Damage from using the wrong charger or power supply.
• Products opened or repaired by anyone other than an authorised service centre.
• Normal wear such as scratches or strap wear.

How to Claim

Open a support ticket with your order number and a short description or video of the problem. Keep your invoice and the original box. We'll guide you through repair or replacement.
